I would like to dedicate this drawing to someone that I regret to say I used to be friends with, and have since lost touch with. Today, I discovered that yesterday he took his own life. Please see my journal for further details.
I drew an angel in memory of my lost friend - lost in more ways than one. She cries, as I have done several times today.
I have made some changes from the original, including taking out the flower, the petals, and adding tears. I think it turned out rather well, and I've noticed drawing from emotions tends to make my art look better.
